حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هَاشِمٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ :" إِذَا شَهِدَ اثْنَانِ مِن

ْ الْوَرَثَةِ بِدَيْنٍ، فَهُوَ مِنْ جَمِيعِ الْمَالِ إِذَا كَانُوا عُدُولًا "، وَقَالَ الشَّعْبِيُّ : عَلَيْهِمَا فِي بَاب فِي مِيرَاثِ الْمُرْتَدِّ

English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Hashim, from Ibrahim, that he said: 'If two of the heirs testify to a debt, it (the debt) is taken from the entire estate — if they are of upright character.' Al-Sha'bi said: 'It is on them (the two who testified).'
