أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَجَّاجُ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ : أَنَّ عَلِيًّا " قَضَى فِي مِيرَاثِ الْمُرْتَدِّ لِأَهْلِهِ مِنْ الْمُسْلِمِينَ "
English Translation
It was narrated from al-Hakam that Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) ruled that the inheritance of an apostate goes to his Muslim family.
