أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ

English Translation
It was narrated from Mujahid, from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him), that he said: 'The killer does not inherit anything from the one he killed.'
