حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ الْحُرِّ ، عَنْ الْحَكَمِ : أَنَّ الرَّجُلَ إِذَا قَتَلَ امْرَأَتَهُ خَطَأً، " أَنَّهُيُمْنَعُ مِيرَاثَهُ مِنْ الْعَقْلِ وَغَيْرِهِ "
English Translation
It was narrated from al-Hasan ibn al-Hurr, from al-Hakam, that if a man kills his wife accidentally, he is deprived of his inheritance from her blood money and other (property).
