حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ : " فِي رَجُلٍ جُل

ِدَ الْحَدَّ أَرَاهُ مَاتَ، شَكَّ أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ ؟ قَالَ :يَتَوَارَثَانِ "

English Translation

It was narrated from Hammad regarding a man who received the hadd punishment — and the narrator thinks he died from it (Abu al-Nu'man expressed uncertainty): 'The two (the deceased and the executor) inherit from each other.'
