حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حَاتِمٍ الْبَصْرِيُّ هُوَ رَوْحُ بْنُ أَسْلَمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ الْمُفَضَّلِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ ا

لرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِسْحَاق ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، قَالَ : " مَاتَ مَوْلًى عَلَى عَهْدِ عُثْمَانَ وَلَيْسَ لَهُ وَالٍ،فَأَمَرَ بِمَالِهِ، فَأُدْخِلَ بَيْتَ الْمَالِ "

English Translation
It was narrated from Ibrahim that he said: the inheritance of the sa'iba goes to the public treasury — that was the view of 'Umar and 'Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both).
