حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى ، عن مُعَاذٌ ، عَنْ

Body (Matn)

أَشْعَثَ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ :" لَا تَرِثُ النِّسَاءُ مِنْ الْوَلَاءِ إِلَّا مَا أَعْتَقْنَ، أَوْ أَعْتَقَ مَنْ أَعْتَقْنَ، إِلَّا الْمُلَاعَنَةُ، فَإِنَّهَا تَرِثُ مَنْ أَعْتَقَ ابْنُهَا، وَالَّذِي انْتَفَى مِنْهُ أَبُوهُ "
