حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ : أَنَّهُ كَانَ" يَرِثُ مَوَالِيَ عُمَرَ دُونَ بَنَاتِ عُمَرَ "

English Translation

It was narrated from Ibrahim that he said: a woman who frees a slave — her walaa' goes to her 'ashabah upon her death.
