أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ فِي ا

مْرَأَةٍ مَاتَتْ، وَتَرَكَتْ بَنِيهَا، فَوَرِثُوهَا مَالًا وَمَوَالِيَ، قَالَ :" يَرْجِعُ الْوَلَاءُ إِلَى عَصَبَةِ الْمَرْأَةِ "

English Translation
It was narrated from al-Sha'bi that he said: 'Umar and 'Ali (may Allah be pleased with them both) ruled that the walaa' of a woman who frees a slave belongs to her 'ashabah — the males from her own family lineage.
