حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُ

Body (Matn)

مَرَ : أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" مَاحَقُّ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ يَبِيتُ لَيْلَتَيْنِ وَلَهُ شَيْءٌ يُوصِي فِيهِ، إِلَّا وَوَصِيَّتُهُ مَكْتُوبَةٌ عِنْدَهُ "

English Translation

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "It is not right for a Muslim man who has something to bequeath to spend two nights without having his will written and kept with him."
