حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ

، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ الحَكَمَ ، وَحَمَّادًا : " عَنِ الْأَوْلِيَاءِ يُجِيزُونَ الْوَصِيَّةَ، فَإِذَا مَاتَ لَمْ يُجِيزُوا؟ قَالَا :لَا يَجُوزُ "

English Translation
It was narrated from Shu'ba that he said: I asked al-Hakam and Hammad about heirs who approve a will while the testator is alive, then do not approve it after he dies. They both said: "It is not valid."
