أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ : " فِي الرَّجُلِ يُوصِي بِأَكْث
Body (Matn)
َرَ مِنْ ثُلُثِهِ، قَالَ :إِنْ أَجَازَتْهُ الْوَرَثَةُ، أَجَزْنَاهُ، وَإِنْ قَالَتِ الْوَرَثَةُ : أَجَزْنَاهُ، فَهُمْ بِالْخِيَارِ إِذَا نَفَضُوا أَيْدِيَهُمْ مِنْ الْقَبْرِ "
Isnad Chain
English Translation
It was narrated from Shurayh that he was asked about a man who bequeaths more than one-third of his estate. He said: "If the heirs approve it, we approve it — but if the heirs say 'we approved it,' they still have the option to retract once they finish burying him."
