حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ ، عَنْ بَكْرٍ

قَالَ : " أَوْصَيْتُ إِلَى حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، فَقَالَ :مَا كُنْتُ لِأَقْبَلَ وَصِيَّةَ رَجُلٍ لَهُ وَلَدٌ يُوصِي بِالثُّلُثِ "

English Translation
It was narrated from Bakr that he said: "I appointed Humayd ibn 'Abd al-Rahman as my executor." He said: "I would not accept the executorship of a man who has a child and who bequeaths one-third."
