Chain of Narration (Isnad)
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو شِهَابٍ عَبْدُ رَبِّهِ
Body (Matn)
بْنُ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ :" إِذَا أَوْصَى الرَّجُلُ بِالثُّلُثِ، وَالرُّبُعِ، فَفِي الْعَيْنِ وَالدَّيْنِ، وَإِذَا أَوْصَى بِخَمْسِينَ أَوْ سِتِّينَ إِلَى الْمِائَةِ، فَفِي الْعَيْنِ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الثُّلُثَ "

English Translation
It was narrated from Ibrahim that he said: "If a man bequeaths one-third or one-quarter, it is taken from both cash assets and debts owed to him. If he bequeaths fifty or sixty up to one hundred, it is taken from cash assets up to the amount of one-third."
