حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُطَرِّفٌ : أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ الشَّعْبِيَّ ، يَقُولُ

:" إِذَا شَهِدَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ الْوَرَثَةِ، فَفِي نَصِيبِهِ بِحِصَّتِهِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ : بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فِي جَمِيعِ حِصَّتِهِ "

English Translation
It was narrated from Mutarrif that he heard al-Sha'bi say: "If a man from the heirs testifies, it applies to his own share in proportion." He then said later: "It applies to his entire share."
