أخبرنا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ . ح وأَخْبَرَنَا مُغِيرَةُ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَا :" إِذَا شَهِدَ شَاهِدَانِ مِنْ الْوَرَثَةِ، جَازَ عَلَى جَمِيعِهِمْ، وَإِذَا شَهِدَ وَاحِدٌ، فَفِي نَصِيبِهِ بِحِصَّتِهِ "
English Translation
It was narrated from al-Hasan and Ibrahim that they both said: "If two heirs testify, it is valid against all of them. If one testifies, it applies to his own share in proportion."
