َهُ ثَلَاثَةُ بَنِينَ، فَأَوْصَى لِرَجُلٍ مِثْلَ نَصِيبِ أَحَدِهِمْ لَوْ كَانُوا أَرْبَعَةً، قَالَ الشَّعْبِيُّ :يُعْطَى الْخُمُسَ "

English Translation
It was narrated from al-Sha'bi that he was asked about a man who had three sons and bequeathed to another person the equivalent of one son's share as if there were four sons. Al-Sha'bi said: "He is given one-fifth."
