رَجُلٍ تَرَكَ ابْنَيْنِ، وَأَوْصَى بِمِثْلِ نَصِيبِ أَحَدِهِمْ لَوْ كَانُوا ثَلَاثَةً، قَالَ :أَوْصَى بِالرُّبُعِ "

English Translation
It was narrated from Dawud ibn Abi Hind that he said: We asked 'Amir (al-Sha'bi) about a man who left two sons and bequeathed the equivalent of one son's share as if there were three sons. He said: "He bequeathed one-quarter."
