Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ الدَّسْتَوَائِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ ، عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ ح
َوْشَبٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ غَنْمٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ خَارِجَةَ ، قَالَ : كُنْتُ تَحْتَ نَاقَةِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهِيَ تَقْصَعُ بِجِرَّتِهَا، وَلُعَابُهَا يَنُوصُ بَيْنَ كَتِفَيَّ، سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ :" أَلَا إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ أَعْطَى كُلَّ ذِي حَقٍّ حَقَّهُ، فَلَا يَجُوزُ وَصِيَّةٌ لِوَارِثٍ "

English Translation
It was narrated from 'Amr ibn Kharija (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: "I was standing under the camel of the Prophet ﷺ while it was chewing its cud, its saliva dripping between my shoulders, and I heard him say: 'Indeed, Allah has given every person of rights their due — so a bequest in favor of an heir is not permissible.'"
