حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو شِهَ

ابٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ :" إِذَا أَوْصَى الرَّجُلُ فِي قَرَابَتِهِ، فَهُوَ لِأَقْرَبِهِمْ بِبَطْنٍ : الذَّكَرُ وَالْأُنْثَى فِيهِ سَوَاءٌ "

English Translation
It was narrated from al-Hasan that he said: "If a man bequeaths to his relatives, it goes to the nearest of them by blood — male and female are equal in it."
