حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ ح
Body (Matn)
ُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْحِمْيَرِيِّ ، قَالَ :" لَا يَجُوزُ طَلَاقٌ، وَلَا وَصِيَّةٌ، إِلَّا فِي عَقْلٍ، إِلَّا النَّشْوَانَ، يَعْنِي : السَّكْرَانَ، فَإِنَّهُ يَجُوزُ طَلَاقُهُ، وَيُضْرَبُ ظَهْرُهُ "

English Translation
It was narrated from Humayd ibn 'Abd al-Rahman al-Himyari that he said: "Divorce and will are not valid except from a person of sound mind — except for the drunkard (nashwan): his divorce is valid, and his back is flogged."
