أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ عَطَاءً ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ جَابِرًا ، يَقُولُ : " إِنْكُنَّا لَنَتَزَ

English Translation

It was narrated from Ali ibn Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded him to oversee the sacrificial camels, to distribute their meat, hides, and saddlecloths in charity, and not to give the butcher anything from them as payment.
