حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنْ يُوسُفَ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ عَنِ
ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَا أَحَدٌ مِنْ النَّاسِ إِلَّا وَقَدْ أَخْطَأَ أَوْ هَمَّ بِخَطِيئَةٍ لَيْسَ يَحْيَى بْنَ زَكَرِيَّا

English Translation
Rawh narrated to us, Hammad narrated to us, from 'Ali ibn Zayd, from Yusuf ibn Mihran, from Ibn 'Abbas رضي الله عنهما that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'There is no one among the people except that a mistake has been recorded against him, except Yahya ibn Zakariyya عليه السلام.' Then the Prophet ﷺ said: 'It is not befitting for anyone to say: I am better than Yunus ibn Matta عليه السلام.'
