English Translation

'Abd al-Samad narrated to us, 'Abd al-Rahman, meaning Ibn 'Abdullah ibn Dinar, narrated to us, Abu Hazim narrated to us, from Ja'far, from Ibn 'Abbas رضي الله عنهما that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'I was shown the nations, and I saw a prophet with a small group, and a prophet with one or two men, and a prophet with no one. Then a great multitude was raised for me, and I thought it was my ummah. But it was said to me: This is Musa and his people. Then I was told: Look at the horizon, and there was a great multitude filling the horizon. Then it was said: Look at the other horizon, and it was the same. It was said: This is your ummah, and among them are seventy thousand who will enter Paradise without reckoning or punishment.'
