حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ب
ْنِ مُهَاجِرٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَعْرِضُ الْقُرْآنَ عَلَى جِبْرِيلَ فِي كُلِّ سَنَةٍ مَرَّةً فَلَمَّا كَانَتْ السَّنَةُ الَّتِي قُبِضَ فِيهَا عَرَضَهُ عَلَيْهِ مَرَّتَيْنِ فَكَانَتْ قِرَاءَةُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ آخِرَ الْقِرَاءَةِ

English Translation
Yahya ibn Adam narrated to us, Isra'il narrated to us, from Ibrahim ibn Muhajir, from Mujahid, from Ibn 'Abbas رضي الله عنهما who said: the Prophet ﷺ used to review the Quran with Jibril عليه السلام once every year, and in the year he passed away, he reviewed it with him twice. And the recitation of 'Abdullah (ibn Mas'ud) is the last review.
