حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّهْشَلِيُّ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَب

ِي ثَابِتٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْجَزَّارِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي بِاللَّيْلِ ثَمَانِيَ رَكَعَاتٍ وَيُوتِرُ بِثَلَاثٍ وَيُصَلِّ رَكْعَتَيْ الْفَجْرِ

English Translation

Yahya ibn Adam narrated to us, Abu Bakr al-Nahshali narrated to us, from Habib ibn Abi Thabit, from Yahya ibn al-Jazzar, from Ibn 'Abbas رضي الله عنهما who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to recite in Fajr prayer on Friday: Alif-Lam-Mim, the revelation of the Book (Surah al-Sajdah) and 'Has there not come upon man a period of time' (Surah al-Insan).
