English Translation
Asbat narrated to us, Mutarrif narrated to us, from 'Atiyyah, from Ibn 'Abbas رضي الله عنهما regarding His saying: 'Then when the Horn is blown' [74:8], he said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'How can I be at ease when the one entrusted with the Horn has placed it to his mouth, inclined his forehead, and is listening attentively, waiting to be commanded to blow?' The Companions said: 'O Messenger of Allah, what should we say?' He said: 'Say: Allah is sufficient for us and He is the best Disposer of affairs. Upon Allah we place our trust.'
