حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَجُلًا غَشِيَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ فَسَأَلَ عَنْ ذَلِكَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَتَصَدَّقَ بِدِينَارٍ أَوْ نِصْفِ دِينَارٍ
English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) — via Miqsam — that a man had intercourse with his wife while she was menstruating, then asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about it. He commanded him to give one dinar or half a dinar in charity [as expiation].
