English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) — via Abu al-Hakam — that he said: 'I asked Ibn 'Abbas about nabidh from [earthenware] jars, gourd containers [dubba'], and clay jugs [hantam].' Ibn 'Abbas said: 'Whoever is pleased to forbid what Allah and His Messenger have forbidden — let him forbid nabidh [i.e., apply the prohibition to all nabidh containers if you wish to be cautious].'
