حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ حَدَّثَنِي عَطَاءٌ عَ
Body (Matn)
نِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ وَلَمْ يَسْمَعْهُ قَالَ بَعَثَنِي نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِسَحَرٍ مِنْ جَمْعٍ فِي ثَقَلِ نَبِيِّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
Isnad Chain
English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) — via 'Ata' [who said he had not heard it directly from him] — that he said: 'the Prophet ﷺ of Allah (ﷺ) sent me before dawn from Jam' [Muzdalifah] with the baggage of the Prophet ﷺ of Allah (ﷺ) [so the weak could proceed to Mina early].'
