Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ سُفْيَانَ حَدَّثَنَا حَبِيبُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ صَلَّى بِهِمْ فِي كُسُوفٍ ثَمَانِ رَكَعَاتٍ قَرَأ
َ ثُمَّ رَكَعَ ثُمَّ رَفَعَ ثُمَّ قَرَأَ ثُمَّ رَكَعَ ثُمَّ رَفَعَ ثُمَّ قَرَأَ ثُمَّ رَكَعَ ثُمَّ رَفَعَ ثُمَّ قَرَأَ ثُمَّ رَكَعَ ثُمَّ رَفَعَ ثُمَّ سَجَدَ قَالَ وَالْأُخْرَى مِثْلُهَا

English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) — via Tawus — from the Prophet ﷺ that he led them in the solar eclipse prayer with eight bowings [ruku'] — reciting, then bowing, then rising, then reciting, then bowing, then rising, then reciting, then bowing, then rising, then reciting, then bowing, then rising, then prostrating. And the second rak'ah was the same.
