Chain of Narration (Isnad)
حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ قَالَ صَلَّيْتُ خَلْفَ شَيْخٍ بِالْأَبْطَح

ِ فَكَبَّرَ ثِنْتَيْنِ وَعِشْرِينَ تَكْبِيرَةً فَأَتَيْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَقَالَ لَا أُمَّ لَكَ تِلْكَ صَلَاةُ أَبِي الْقَاسِمِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ

English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) — via 'Ikrimah — that he said: 'I prayed behind an old man at al-Abtah and he made twenty-two takbirs [during the prayer]. I came to Ibn 'Abbas and mentioned this to him. He said: 'Shame on you! That is the prayer of Abu al-Qasim (ﷺ).'
