حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ ا

لْأَخْنَسِ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ فَرَضَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ صَلَاةَ الْحَضَرِ أَرْبَعًا وَفِي السَّفَرِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَالْخَوْفِ رَكْعَةً عَلَى لِسَانِ نَبِيِّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ

English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) — via Mujahid — that he said: 'Allah (عز وجل) prescribed four rak'ahs for the resident, two for the traveler, and one [rak'ah] in a state of fear — through the tongue of His Prophet (ﷺ).'
