English Translation
'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Sufyan informed us, from Layth, from Tawus, from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ performed Hajj tamattu', and Abu Bakr, 'Umar, 'Uthman, and the first of the Muhajirun who reached Madinah also did so. — This established tamattu' (combining 'Umrah and Hajj in separate ihrams) as a valid form.
