حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ هُوَ الْأَزْرَقُ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ أ

َبِي الْأَحْوَصِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ رَآنِي فِي الْمَنَامِ فَقَدْ رَآنِي فَإِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ لَا يَنْبَغِي لَهُ أَنْ يَتَمَثَّلَ بِمَثَلِي

English Translation
It was narrated from 'Abdullah ibn Mas'ud (رضي الله عنه) — via Ishaq al-Azraq, from Sufyan, from Abi Ishaq, from Abi al-Ahwas — that Ibn Mas'ud said: 'the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Whoever sees me in a dream has truly seen me, for the shaitan is not permitted to impersonate my form.'
