It was narrated from 'Abdullah ibn Mas'ud (رضي الله عنه) — via 'Amr ibn al-Haytham, from Shu'ba, from al-Hakam, from Ibrahim, from 'Alqama — that the Prophet ﷺ prayed Dhuhr five rak'ahs. It was said: 'Has the prayer been increased?' It was said to him: 'You prayed five.' He then prostrated two prostrations [of forgetfulness — sujud al-sahw].
