English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) — via 'Ikrimah — that when the Prophet ﷺ saw the images inside the House [the Ka'bah], he did not enter until he commanded that they be erased. He saw [images of] Ibrahim and Isma'il (عليهما السلام) with divining arrows [azlam] in their hands. He said: 'May Allah fight them [who painted this]! By Allah, they never used divining arrows at all!'
