Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَابِقٍ حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ دِينَارٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَمْرَو بْنَ الْحَارِثِ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ مَسْعُودٍ يَقُولُ مَا صُمْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تِسْعَةً وَعِشْرِينَ أَكْثَرُ مِمَّا صُمْتُ مَعَهُ ثَلَاثِينَ
English Translation
Muhammad ibn Sabiq narrated to us, 'Isa ibn Dinar narrated to us, my father narrated to me that he heard 'Amr ibn al-Harith saying: I heard 'Abdullah ibn Mas'ud رضي الله عنه saying: 'I never fasted with the Prophet ﷺ twenty-nine days more often than I fasted thirty days.' [Meaning: Ramadan was more often twenty-nine days than thirty.]
