عبد الرزاق أخ
English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) — via Miqsam, freed slave of 'Abdullah ibn al-Harith — that Ibn 'Abbas narrated from the Prophet ﷺ that he ruled: [the expiation for a husband who approaches] a menstruating woman [is] a full dinar [at the beginning of the period]. If he approaches her when the bleeding has stopped but she has not yet performed ghusl, then half a dinar. All of this from the Prophet ﷺ.
