حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ حَدَّثَنِي عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ خَالِدِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ أَنَّ سَعِيدَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ حَدَّثَهُ قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ أَتَيْتُ خَالَتِي مَيْمُونَةَ فَوَجَدْتُ لَيْلَتَهَا تِلْكَ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَ حَدِيثِ يَزِيدَ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ حَتَّى إِذَا طَلَعَ الْفَجْرُ الْأَوَّلُ أَمْسَكَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ هُنَيَّةً حَتَّى إِذَا أَضَاءَ ل
َهُ الصُّبْحُ قَامَ فَصَلَّى الْوَتْرَ تِسْعَ رَكَعَاتٍ يُسَلِّمُ فِي كُلِّ رَكْعَتَيْنِ حَتَّى إِذَا فَرَغَ مِنْ وَتْرِهِ أَمْسَكَ يَسِيرًا حَتَّى إِذَا أَصْبَحَ فِي نَفْسِهِ قَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَرَكَعَ رَكْعَتَيْ الْفَجْرِ لِصَلَاةِ الصُّبْحِ ثُمَّ وَضَعَ جَنْبَهُ فَنَامَ حَتَّى سَمِعْتُ جَخِيفَهُ قَالَ ثُمَّ جَاءَ بِلَالٌ فَنَبَّهَهُ لِلصَّلَاةِ فَقَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَصَلَّى الصُّبْحَ

English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) — via 'Abbad ibn Mansur, from 'Ikrimah ibn Khalid ibn al-Mughirah, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr — that Ibn 'Abbas said: 'I came to my maternal aunt Maymunah and found it was her night with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.' He mentioned the like of the hadith of Yazid [i.e., hadith 310], except that he said: 'Until when the first dawn [al-fajr al-awwal] appeared, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ paused briefly. Then when the true dawn brightened, he stood and prayed witr — nine rak'ahs, giving salam after every two rak'ahs — until when he finished his witr, he paused a little. Then when he felt that full morning had come upon him, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ stood and prayed the two [sunnah] rak'ahs of Fajr, then laid on his side and slept until I heard his snoring [jakhifah]. Then Bilal came and woke him for prayer. the Messenger of Allah ﷺ rose and prayed Fajr.'
