حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ كَانَ يَذْكُرُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَخَّصَ لِلْحَائِضِ أَنْ تَصْدُرَ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَطُوفَ إِذَا كَانَتْ قَدْ طَافَتْ فِي الْإِفَاضَةِ
English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) — via Zakariyya, from 'Amr ibn Dinar — that Ibn 'Abbas used to mention that the Prophet ﷺ granted a concession to a menstruating woman: she may depart [from Makkah without performing the farewell tawaf], provided she had already performed the tawaf al-ifada [the obligatory tawaf of Hajj].
