Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْأَسْوَدِ وَعَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَبَا بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا كَانُوا يُكَبِّرُونَ فِي كُلِّ خَفْضٍ وَرَفْعٍ
English Translation
It was narrated from 'Abdullah (رضي الله عنه) — via Waki's father and Isra'il, from Abu Ishaq, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Aswad and 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Yazid — from 'Abdullah — that the Prophet ﷺ, Abu Bakr, and 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) would say the takbir at every lowering and rising [in prayer].
