َّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا أَوَى إِلَى فِرَاشِهِ وَضَعَ يَدَهُ تَحْتَ خَدِّهِ وَقَالَ اللَّهُمَّ قِنِي عَذَابَكَ يَوْمَ تَبْعَثُ عِبَادَكَ

English Translation
It was narrated from 'Abdullah (رضي الله عنه) — via Waki', from Isra'il, from Abu Ishaq, from Abu 'Ubayda — from 'Abdullah — that the Prophet ﷺ, when he went to his bed, would place his hand under his cheek and say: 'O Allah, protect me from Your punishment on the day You raise Your servants.'
