Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ الْحُرِّ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُخَيْمِرَةَ
قَالَ أَخَذَ عَلْقَمَةُ بِيَدِي قَالَ أَخَذَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بِيَدِي قَالَ أَخَذَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِيَدِي فَعَلَّمَنِي التَّشَهُّدَ فِي الصَّلَاةِ التَّحِيَّاتُ لِلَّهِ وَالصَّلَوَاتُ وَالطَّيِّبَاتُ السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ السَّلَامُ عَلَيْنَا وَعَلَى عِبَادِ اللَّهِ الصَّالِحِينَ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ

English Translation
It was narrated from 'Abdullah (رضي الله عنه) — via Husayn ibn 'Ali, from al-Hasan ibn al-Hurr, from al-Qasim ibn Mukhaymirah — that 'Alqama took [al-Qasim's] hand, saying: ''Abdullah took my hand, saying: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ took my hand and taught me the tashahhud in prayer: Al-tahiyyatu lillahi wal-salawatu wal-tayyibat, al-salamu 'alayka ayyuha al-nabiyyu wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh, al-salamu 'alayna wa 'ala 'ibadi llahi al-salihin, ashhadu an la ilaha illa Allah wa ashhadu anna Muhammadan 'abduhu wa rasuluh [All greetings of honor are for Allah, and all prayers and good deeds; peace be upon you, O Prophet, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings; peace be upon us and upon the righteous servants of Allah; I bear witness that there is no god but Allah and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger].''
