حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ بَهْدَلَ

ةَ عَنْ زِرِّ بْنِ حُبَيْشٍ عَنْ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ أَخَذْتُ مِنْ فِي رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سَبْعِينَ سُورَةً وَلَا يُنَازِعُنِي فِيهَا أَحَدٌ

English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn Mas'ud (رضي الله عنه) — via 'Affan, from Hammad, from 'Asim ibn Bahdala, from Zirr ibn Hubaysh — that he said: 'I received seventy surahs directly from the mouth of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ — and no one disputes me in them.'
