حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ أَخْبَرَنَا أَيُّوبُ عَنْ

نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَفَعَهُ قَالَ إِنَّ الْيَدَيْنِ يَسْجُدَانِ كَمَا يَسْجُدُ الْوَجْهُ فَإِذَا وَضَعَ أَحَدُكُمْ وَجْهَهُ فَلْيَضَعْ يَدَيْهِ وَإِذَا رَفَعَهُ فَلْيَرْفَعْهُمَا

English Translation

Isma'il narrated to us, Ayyub informed us, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar who raised it (to the Prophet ﷺ) who said: 'The two hands prostrate as the face prostrates. When one of you places his face (on the ground), let him place his hands (as well). And when he raises it, let him raise them.'
