نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ بَاعَ نَخْلًا قَدْ أُبِّرَتْ فَثَمَرَتُهَا لِلْبَائِعِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ

English Translation

Isma'il narrated to us, Ayyub informed us, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Whoever sells date palms that have been pollinated, their fruit belongs to the seller — unless the buyer stipulates otherwise.'
