حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ أَخْبَرَنَا الزُّهْرِ

يُّ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّمَا النَّاسُ كَإِبِلٍ مِائَةٍ لَا يُوجَدُ فِيهَا رَاحِلَةٌ

English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, Ma'mar narrated to us, al-Zuhri informed us, from Salim ibn 'Abdullah, from his father who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'People are like camels: out of a hundred, you can hardly find one fit for riding (i.e., truly excellent people are rare).'
