حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ سُفْيَانَ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ عَنْ مَسْرُ
Body (Matn)
وقٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا تُقْتَلُ نَفْسٌ ظُلْمًا إِلَّا كَانَ عَلَى ابْنِ آدَمَ كِفْلٌ مِنْ دَمِهَا ذَاكَ أَنَّهُ أَوَّلُ مَنْ سَنَّ الْقَتْلَ
Isnad Chain
English Translation
It was narrated from 'Abdullah (رضي الله عنه) — via Yahya, from Sufyan, from Sulayman, from 'Abdillah ibn Murra, from Masruq — from the Prophet ﷺ that he said: 'No soul is killed unjustly except that the son of Adam [Cain] bears a share of its blood — for he was the first to establish the practice of killing.'
