حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ شَقِيقٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا كَانُوا ثَلَاثَةً فَلَا يَتَنَاجَى اثْنَانِ دُونَ صَاحِبِهِمَا فَإِنَّ ذَلِكَ يَحْزُنُهُ
English Translation
It was narrated from 'Abdullah (رضي الله عنه) — via Yahya, from al-A'mash, from Shaqiq — from the Prophet ﷺ: 'When they are three [people], two of them should not engage in private conversation to the exclusion of their companion, for that will grieve him.'
